Communities

We live here because we love it here.

You've heard it said a thousand times before: there's no place like home. We agree. We also believe home should be more than an address.

Welcome to the seacoast. Here you'll find home is a way of life. You'll find delicious eateries, boutique and vintage shops, historical landmarks and waterfront state parks. More than that though, you'll find your people. Young and old, single and married, traditional families and not: we're all represented here. Activities and events cater to all groups. There's lots of times when it's wonderful to be curled up on the couch at home but when you venture out your front door, there's a whole life to offer you that same coziness and feeling of belonging.

Bow Lake, New Hampshire

Strafford county, new hampshire

One of the fastest growing communities in the state, Strafford County is a mixture of small cities and rural towns. It's centrally located with easy access to commuter routes, NH's coveted lakes region, and the amenities of Portsmouth. Sandy beaches and the rocky coast of Maine are only a short drive away making it easy for impromptu picnics or weekend getaways. Looking for easy transportation to Boston? Amtrak's Downeaster makes multiple round trips daily, stopping in both Durham and Dover. Like it's Maine counterpart, there are high quality-of-life factors that are prized by adults, especially adults with kids: low crime, no traffic congestion to speak of, open spaces and good schools.

York County, Maine

Almost 200,000 residents occupy the 29 towns and cities that exist within York County, making it the second largest county in Maine. While some communities have been marked with the distinction of being called the Best Beach Towns in New England , collectively they share more similarities than differences. The landscape is untouched, dramatic, and soul-stirring. People are friendly and there are high quality-of-life factors that are prized by adults, especially adults with kids: low crime, no traffic congestion to speak of, open spaces and good schools.
